Buying

We purchase books by appointment only and never on Sundays or Mondays. If you arrive to sell on these days you will be turned away.

We have limited on-site storage and shelf space. Should you arrive without an appointment or if you have not called ahead you may be turned away.

Books that our brought into our store in suitcases, garbage bags, wet boxes, etc.  will not be viewed. If you have not cared for your books we will not be interested.

We do not purchase books on Sundays or Mondays. If you arrive to sell on these days you will be turned away.

We must actually have the book(s) in our physical presence before we are able to give any purchasing information or associate any sort of value to your books. We will not give out this information via email or telephone.

National Geographic Books or Magazines

Readers Digest Books

Comics (Except Archies)

Sports Cards

Records/LPs

Ex-Library Books

Encyclopedias (unless pre-1850)

Incomplete sets

Textbooks/Computer Books

Books with excessive marginalia/underlining/hi-lighting

Books in poor condition, especially books that are mouldy

Although we like the John Grishams of the world please keep in mind that we look at thousands of books per week and popular authors such as these often cross our path resulting in an excessive amount of popular fiction eating away at our shelf space. We may be interested in a few but the odds of us wanting your entire Grisham collection are very slim. (Grisham is just an example)
